This Bearman BBG38 Big Bore is a compact, over/under two-barrel derringer chambered in .38 Spl. It features a matte black finish, black synthetic birdshead grips, and a break-open design with a right-side barrel-release lever. Built in Utah and rollmarked "BEARMAN SALT LAKE CITY, UT," it continues the lineage of Utah-made derringers associated with Cobra Enterprises and carried on by Bearman Industries.

The BBG38 pairs a micro-size profile with two 2.75-inch barrels stacked over/under for a total capacity of two rounds. It operates single-action only with an exposed, serrated hammer spur and a break-open hinge for loading and unloading.
Controls are straightforward, including a right-side barrel-release lever and a manual cross-bolt safety with molded, on-frame legends reading "PUSH FOR SAFE" and "PUSH TO FIRE."
Sights are fixed, with a ramped front blade and a shallow rear notch/groove. A longitudinally slotted top rib runs the length of the barrels.
The pistol wears a uniform matte black finish on the frame and barrels and is fitted with black synthetic birdshead grips. It is marked with "BEARMAN SALT LAKE CITY, UT," reflecting its U.S. manufacture.
