The M2.0 Metal Carry Comp is a Performance Center factory model with a full-size aluminum-alloy frame and a striker-fired action. The tuned, flat-faced trigger with an integral safety tab provides the Performance Center treatment while maintaining familiar M&P ergonomics with interchangeable textured palmswell backstraps.
Its 4.25 in stainless steel barrel features a single top power-port, and the Armornite-treated stainless slide wears a gray finish and adds aggressive front and rear serrations, top serrations, a large top lightening window, tri-port relief cuts at the muzzle, and a ClearSight cut. The slide is optics cut and ships with a factory mounting-plate kit and cover plate.
Sight configuration is a green-dot tritium front sight (H3 marked) paired with a black, dovetailed rear sight for a clean, fast sight picture. Controls include an ambidextrous slide stop, a left-side magazine release, and no manual thumb safety. A four-slot Picatinny accessory rail is integrated into the dust cover.
