The barrel has a matte/bead-blasted stainless finish with brighter polished flutes, while the receiver wears a blued/black finish and the bottom metal is two-tone with a stainless/silver hinged floorplate and a blued/black trigger guard; the rifle is configured with no iron sights.
The action is the Winchester push-feed design with a spring-loaded plunger ejector and a 3-position wing safety. It feeds from an internal box magazine with a 5+1 capacity. The bolt body shows spiral fluting and is fitted with a round checkered knob for positive control.
