This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 AR pistol stands out with its cosmetic "Property of U.S. Govt / M4 Carbine / CAL. 5.56MM" lower receiver rollmark and included Crimson Trace CTS-1000 red dot sight. It features a 10.5-inch 5.56 NATO barrel, forged aluminum receivers in matte black, Magpul MOE furniture, and an A2 front sight base with a flip-up rear. The rollmark and selector legends (SAFE–SEMI–BURST) are cosmetic homages only and do not indicate select-fire capability or government provenance.

The PA-15 platform delivers a compact AR-15 pistol built around a 10.5-inch 5.56 NATO barrel and a direct-impingement system. Forged aluminum receivers finished in matte black provide a solid foundation, and the flat-top upper includes a forward assist, shell deflector, and ejection-port dust cover. An "A" forging mark is present on the upper’s rail deck.
Magpul MOE furniture includes a carbine-length polymer handguard and MOE pistol grip for a familiar, durable interface. The barrel is threaded, and the upper’s flat-top rail pairs with the installed polymer flip-up rear sight and fixed A2 front sight base. A standard charging handle and manual safety are present.
The lower receiver carries the "Property of U.S. Govt / M4 Carbine / CAL. 5.56MM" rollmark as a cosmetic homage. Selector markings read SAFE–SEMI–BURST as markings only. The pistol accepts STANAG/AR-15 pattern magazines and is configured with a minimalist brace.
A Crimson Trace CTS-1000 red dot sight is installed, giving a clear aiming solution out of the box. The iron sight setup combines the fixed A2 front with the flip-up rear for straightforward co-witnessing or backup use.
