The LT-20 small-frame configuration pairs the Model 1100 gas-operated action with a 20 gauge platform. This example retains a high-polish blue finish on the steel receiver and barrel, with a clean presentation throughout.
The 26 inch steel barrel has a matte, serrated ventilated rib and a single front bead for quick alignment. It is chambered for 2 3/4 inch shells and uses a screw-in choke system; an Improved Modified choke is installed.
Stocked in walnut, the shotgun features diamond checkering, a pistol grip, and a grip cap with a gold R medallion, along with a hard buttplate. Length of pull measures 14.0 inches. The field-style walnut forend complements the stock and provides a secure hold.
Controls and construction details include a cross-bolt safety in the trigger guard, an aluminum trigger guard assembly, and a tubular under-barrel magazine configured for 2+1 capacity. Proofed with the REP in oval marking, the barrel is roll-marked with Remington Arms Company Inc., Ilion, NY.
