This AL 390 Silver Mallard is a gas-operated, semi-automatic 20 Gauge with a 28-inch ventilated rib barrel and a 3" chamber. Capacity is 2+1. The receiver is aluminum alloy with a black anodized finish, factory scroll engraving, and a matte-serrated top to reduce glare.
It is configured with an extended ported cylinder-constriction choke tube (listed as "Cyl Choke/Flash Hider") and a muzzle threaded for Beretta 20‑ga Mobilchoke tubes. Note: Optima‑Choke‑Plus tubes are not compatible with this 20‑ga Mobilchoke barrel. A single brass front bead is installed and no mid-bead was observed, aligning with the clean vent-rib sighting plane.
The stock set is walnut with a gloss finish and cut checkering for a secure hold, paired with a rubber recoil pad. Length of pull measures 15.25 inches. Controls include a cross-bolt safety and a gold-tone trigger.
