This example features an 18.5 inch plain barrel with a fixed cylinder bore, an aluminum-alloy receiver drilled and tapped with plug screws, and the JIC package focused on water-resistant storage. It comes in excellent condition with the original Mossberg JIC storage tube and additional Magpul components included.

This JIC Cruiser configuration centers on a compact, pistol-grip layout and a durable 18.5 inch steel barrel with a fixed cylinder bore and single brass-bead front sight. It is chambered for 3 inch shells and offers an approximate 5+1 capacity with 2.75 inch shells.
The aluminum-alloy receiver wears a matte blued/black finish and is drilled and tapped with three plug screws. It retains Mossberg’s ambidextrous tang safety with a red indicator for quick status confirmation and incorporates twin action bars for smooth cycling.
Controls and furniture are straightforward and robust, including a black synthetic pistol grip with finger grooves and a ribbed synthetic fore-end. The standard 5-shot magazine tube features a knurled cap and an integral front sling stud.
Markings include the model designation “MOSSBERG 500 12 GA” on the elevator. The overall build reflects Mossberg’s U.S. manufacturing with practical finishes intended for hard use.
The JIC package is intended for water-resistant stowage and this example includes the Mossberg JIC storage tube with carry straps. Also included are a Magpul SGA 590 stock and length-of-pull spacers (not installed).
