Made in Germany and imported by American Tactical, this GSG-16 pairs a 16.25 inch steel barrel with a lightweight polymer receiver and furniture. It features HK-style controls, a telescoping stock, low-profile sights on a continuous Picatinny top rail, and comes with three 22-round proprietary magazines. The bore is excellent, and the rifle is marked for high-velocity .22 LR ammunition.

This GSG-16 is a simple blowback, semi-automatic .22 LR rifle with a 16.25 inch barrel under a cylindrical shroud. The polymer receiver and furniture keep weight to about 4 lb 13 oz, and the length of pull measures 10.5 inches.
Controls follow the familiar HK-style layout with a left-side, forward charging handle and a paddle-style magazine release. A manual, two-position selector provides straightforward operation. A rear left-side sling loop is built in.
The rifle uses a continuous Picatinny top rail that runs over the receiver and handguard, with low-profile front and rear sights installed. The slotted polymer fore-end provides M-LOK-style slots, and two bolt-on Picatinny rail sections are included for accessory placement.
Ergonomics are enhanced by a telescoping, skeleton-style polymer stock with a ribbed buttplate and an integral Picatinny rail section on the stock. Overall length is approximately 28.5 inches collapsed and 34.25 inches extended.
Capacity is 22+1. Markings include DE and CIP proofs, Made in Germany, and ATI Summerville SC import marks. The barrel is marked .22 LR HV, indicating use with high-velocity .22 LR ammunition. Three curved proprietary polymer magazines are included.
