The receiver is stamped and welded sheet steel with a matte gray finish and is marked "M-11/NINE mm" and "S.W.D INCORPORATED ATLANTA, GA U.S.A." alongside the Cobray serpent logo. It features a hinged wire shoulder stock and a polymer pistol grip, staying true to the pattern and markings collectors look for.
Operation is open-bolt blowback with a top-mounted charging knob and a manual safety selector marked SAFE/FIRE. Chambered in 9x19mm, it uses M-11/NINE pattern stick magazines and is listed at 32+1 capacity.
