What’s Included
- Marlin Model 336C .30-30 lever-action rifle
Built in 1979 with a North Haven, Connecticut barrel address, this Model 336C delivers the classic Marlin lever-action layout: side ejection, a solid-top receiver, and right-side loading gate. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases, offering straightforward mounting options if desired.
The carbine-length 20-inch carbon steel barrel pairs with a full-length tubular magazine for a 6+1 capacity in .30-30. It wears a ramped front sight and a semi-buckhorn adjustable rear sight. The front sight hood is not present.
Stocked in walnut, this 336C has a pistol-grip profile with an uncheckered finish, a white-line spacer, a black hard buttplate, and an inlaid medallion. The standard-size lever loop and external hammer with half-cock safety reflect the traditional configuration, and this example does not have a cross-bolt safety.
The blued steel receiver and barrel are complemented by a gold-colored trigger and dual barrel bands for the classic 336 carbine look and handling. The bore is excellent with sharp rifling, supporting both accuracy and confidence at the range or in the field.
