Its free-float Daniel Defense MFR 9.0 handguard provides M-LOK slots and pairs with a continuous 1913 Picatinny top rail with T-markings for consistent accessory and sight placement. The receivers are aluminum with a hard-coat anodized finish, and the upper includes both a forward assist and an ejection-port cover.
A Law Tactical hinge-type folding adapter is installed, allowing the SB Tactical arm brace to fold for compact carry or storage. Controls remain familiar, including a standard magazine release and a Daniel Defense textured pistol grip. A flat-faced trigger shoe is installed to provide a consistent, straight-pull trigger interface.
Sighting and illumination are ready to go. Magpul MBUS polymer flip-up front and rear sights are installed on the top rail. Illumination is provided by the Streamlight TLR RM 2 with a remote pressure switch, installed and wired for easy activation. Streamlight TLR RM2 & Pressure Pad are included as part of this setup.
Model markings are clear and correct: the upper receiver is marked DDM4V7P and 5.56, while the lower is marked Daniel Defense, Black Creek, GA, Model DDM4, Cal. Multi.
