The carbine is configured for state compliance with a pinned, fixed stock set to a 13.5-inch length of pull, a shielded (featureless/finned) grip, and 10-round magazines. This setup maintains the Scorpion’s familiar ergonomics while meeting applicable restrictions.
The 16.2-inch barrel is fitted with a SilencerCo-marked cylindrical barrel shroud. An elongated polymer M-LOK handguard provides mounting slots on the sides and bottom, while a full-length 12 o'clock Picatinny top rail runs from receiver to handguard. Adjustable iron sights are installed.
Controls include ambidextrous safety levers, a paddle-style magazine release, and a left-side, reversible, non-reciprocating charging handle with a hold-open notch. The action is simple blowback and operates from a closed bolt.
The receiver and handguard are made from fiberglass-reinforced polymer with an FDE finish for a uniform, durable appearance. Markings include "MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC" and "CZ-USA, KANSAS CITY, KS." Capacity is 10+1 with the included short-length Scorpion EVO 3 pattern magazines.
