This PSA PA-15 stands out with its 18-inch barrel, free-float cylindrical aluminum handguard, and flat-top upper equipped with a forward assist, shell deflector, and ejection-port cover. It features a B5 Systems–marked collapsible stock with a QD sling socket and a threaded muzzle with flash hider. The rifle is chambered in 5.56 NATO and comes with a USGI-pattern 30-round magazine and a rail-mounted folding, height-adjustable bipod.

The PA-15 uses a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system and is chambered in 5.56mm NATO. It is built on aluminum receivers with a matte finish. The lower receiver is marked PA-15 MULTI and Palmetto State Armory, West Columbia, SC, and capacity is 30+1.
The 18-inch barrel ends in a threaded muzzle fitted with a flash hider. The bore is clean with sharp rifling, and the direct-impingement gas system complements the barrel configuration.
The flat-top upper includes a forward assist, shell deflector, and ejection-port cover. A free-float cylindrical aluminum handguard with circular ventilation holes provides a continuous numbered top Picatinny rail, plus short Picatinny sections at 3 and 9 o'clock and a bottom rail for accessories.
Furniture includes a B5 Systems–marked collapsible polymer stock with an integrated QD sling socket and an A2-pattern polymer pistol grip. Controls include a manual safety with a selector marked SAFE/FIRE. Length of pull is 11.25 inches.
