The rifle retains core Big Boy X features such as a right-side loading gate, large-loop lever, and a 7+1 under-barrel tubular magazine, all finished in matte black steel.

Built on Henry’s steel-receiver Big Boy X platform, this lever gun chambers .45 Colt and uses a right-side loading gate feeding a 7+1 under-barrel tubular magazine. The large-loop lever and transfer bar safety support confident handling, while the matte black finish across the receiver and barrel offers a clean, modern look.
The rifle is customized with Chisel Armory furniture: a Chisel Machining aluminum M-LOK handguard topped by a full-length Picatinny rail for accessories, plus an M-LOK hand stop already installed. A protected front post sight remains in place for a durable fixed reference.
The stock retains the factory polymer pistol-grip/wrist and adds a Chisel Machining skeletonized billet aluminum buttstock with an adjustable cheek riser, QD sling cups, and a Kick-EEZ recoil pad. Chisel Machining branding appears on the cheek riser and grip medallion. The measured length of pull is 14.0 in.
The 16.5 in steel barrel is factory threaded 5/8x24 and fitted with a knurled thread protector. The receiver is drilled and tapped for a scope mount, and this rifle comes with a Sightmark Mini Shot M-Spec micro reflex red dot installed for immediate use. Ejection is to the right side.
