This 1962 Baby Browning Renaissance is a factory presentation-grade, Belgian-made micro pistol with full-coverage floral/scroll engraving and bright silver-tone coin/chrome-type plating. It features molded synthetic pearlescent "pearlite" grip panels, a gold-toned trigger, and Liège proofs, with Browning Arms Company import marks from the pre-1968 era when Baby Browning imports ceased.
Condition

The Renaissance series delivers factory full-coverage floral/scroll engraving across the slide, frame, trigger guard, top rib, and front strap. Its bright silver-tone coin/chrome-type plating highlights the engraved work, complemented by a gold-toned trigger and molded synthetic pearlescent "pearlite" grip panels.
Made in Belgium in 1962, this pistol bears Browning Arms Company import markings along with Liège PV proof, Perron inspection, and star-over-letter controller marks. The right side is marked "CAL 6 m/m 35." It is a pre-1968 GCA U.S. import, aligning with the end of Baby Browning imports in 1968.
Chambered in .25 ACP (6.35mm), it is a micro-size pocket pistol with an approximate 2.1 in barrel and about 4.09 in overall length. Capacity is 6+1 using a detachable single-stack magazine.
Mechanical features include a striker-fired, single-action blowback system with a manual safety. The slide has rear serrations plus anti-glare serrations along the top. Sighting is via fixed blade front and fixed notch rear.
