This Ruger 10/22 Takedown combines the proven 10/22 action with a two-piece quick-separating design and a knurled adjustment ring for a precise fit. It features a factory 16.5 in cold hammer-forged steel barrel with a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle and birdcage-style flash suppressor, an aluminum alloy receiver with an installed scope base/rail, and an extended paddle-style magazine release. Made in the USA in 2018, it comes with four factory 10-round rotary magazines.

The takedown system breaks the rifle into two compact sections, making transport and storage straightforward. The knurled adjustment ring allows the user to fine-tune the barrel-to-receiver interface for a consistent lockup.
The 16.5 in cold hammer-forged steel barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with a birdcage-style flash suppressor. It uses a 1:16 RH twist suitable for common .22 LR loads.
The aluminum alloy receiver includes an installed scope base/rail. Sighting arrangement is as shown in the photos. The straight blowback action feeds from Ruger’s detachable rotary magazine system.
Controls and furniture are practical and durable: an extended paddle-style magazine release, cross-bolt safety with red indicator, and a polymer trigger housing. The synthetic black/gray stock features molded checkering, a barrel band, and a front sling-swivel stud.
Dimensions and handling are balanced for field and range use, with a 13.25 in length of pull, approximately 36.75 in overall length, and about 4.6 lb weight.
