IMI Desert Eagle Mark I .357 Magnum, 6-inch, Made in Israel, Silver-Tone, Iron Sights
This IMI-manufactured Desert Eagle Mark I in .357 Magnum is an early, Israeli-made example imported by Magnum Research with "MADE IN ISRAEL" markings. It features the smooth-top 6-inch barrel and factory iron sights of the Mark I configuration (pre–Mark XIX, no integral rail), a gas-operated system with a fixed barrel and rotating multi-lug bolt, and a silver-tone finish with black grips bearing the Magnum Research Desert Eagle wing logo. It includes three 9-round steel magazines and a Desert Eagle–branded hard case.

Overall Condition: Good condition, showing some signs of prior use and handling.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent - Strong polygonal rifling throughout.

Built by Israeli Military Industries, this Mark I presents the classic Desert Eagle architecture with a fixed barrel, gas operation, and a rotating multi-lug bolt. This design is known for reliable lockup and the characteristic feel of the early-model Desert Eagles.
The 6-inch smooth-top barrel carries iron sights with a front blade and rear notch. The bore uses polygonal rifling and a chrome-plated chamber, aligning with IMI’s production features for durability and ease of maintenance.
Controls include an ambidextrous, slide-mounted manual safety with a red fire indicator, plus a firing pin block and trigger disconnect. The single-action trigger pairs with an external spur hammer for a familiar Mark I manual of arms.
The slide and frame wear a silver-tone finish accented by rear-only vertical slide serrations. Black textured grips with the Magnum Research Desert Eagle wing logo complete the original appearance associated with Israeli-made Mark I pistols.
Import and origin markings read "MAGNUM RESEARCH INC MINNEAPOLIS MINN. – MADE IN ISRAEL," confirming IMI manufacture and U.S. import by Magnum Research. Capacity is 9+1 in .357 Magnum, and this example includes three factory-pattern steel magazines.
