Winchester Model 94 Carbine .30-30, 20 in Top-Eject (1973) with Sears 3x Side-Mounted Scope
This 1973 Winchester Model 94 Carbine in .30-30 Win combines classic top-eject operation with a period Sears 3x scope on a left-side offset mount. It features a 20 in round steel barrel, full-length tubular magazine, straight-grip wood stock, and factory iron sights. Marked with Winchester proof and New Haven rollmarks, it presents a well-used but mechanically focused example of a pre-Angle Eject carbine configured for both scope and irons.

What's Included
- Sears 3x scope, installed; plain crosshair reticle
- Left-side receiver scope base with Weaver-marked rings; offset to clear top ejection (installed)
The carbine retains its classic top-eject receiver (pre-Angle Eject) with a right-side loading gate. It carries Winchester oval "WP" proof marks and New Haven rollmarks, including "WINCHESTER — MODEL 94 — 30-30 WIN.", "MADE IN NEW HAVEN CONN. U.S.A.", and "WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL." The receiver is the period-correct sintered/cast steel type used in the 1970s.
In true carbine configuration, it has a 20 in round steel barrel, a full-length tubular magazine to the muzzle, and two barrel bands. The wood stock is straight-grip with a black composition buttplate, and the length of pull measures 13.5 in.
Factory sights include a hooded ramp front sight and a semi-buckhorn rear sight with a stepped elevator. The installed Sears 3x scope uses a left-side offset mount and Weaver-marked rings to maintain clearance for top ejection, and it has a plain crosshair reticle.
Chambered in .30-30 Win with a 6+1 capacity, this Model 94 Carbine represents a 1970s New Haven production gun set up for practical field use with both optic and iron sighting options while preserving the classic top-eject layout.
