This Russian-made Izhmash Saiga in 7.62x39 is a pre-sanctions import with factory markings and features collectors look for. It uses a stamped AKM/AK-100 pattern receiver with a left-side dovetail rail, a chrome-lined threaded 16.34-inch barrel, and an AK-74/100-style detent-retained muzzle brake. The bore condition is excellent, and the rifle comes with its original box, manual, sling, and two 30-round magazines.

Manufactured by Izhmash in Russia and imported by EAA Corp. (Cocoa, FL), this Saiga was brought in prior to the 2014 sanctions that ended U.S. imports. It retains Izhmash triangle-with-arrow logos and Russian proof and inspection stamps, along with "MADE IN RUSSIA BY IZH MASH" and the EAA import mark.
The rifle uses a stamped AKM/AK-100 pattern receiver with riveted construction and a left-side dovetail rail. Controls include a right-side selector/safety with "S / O / F" legend and a Saiga-specific manual bolt-hold-open tab in the trigger guard. The action is the proven semi-automatic long-stroke gas piston system.
Barrel configuration is a 16.34-inch chrome-lined, threaded tube paired with a 90-degree gas block. An AK-74/100-style detent-retained muzzle brake is installed, providing a correct factory-style front end.
Sighting is handled by a protected front post and a tangent rear sight leaf graduated in 100-meter increments. Furniture is black polymer throughout, including a fixed stock with rear sling swivel, a ribbed handguard, and a black polymer pistol grip. The receiver wears a matte black finish.
