The MR1911GSS is a full-size, Government-length 1911 chambered in .45 ACP, built with a matte stainless slide and frame. Rollmarks include "Magnum Research Inc., Pillager, MN" and "BUL LTD MADE IN ISRAEL," reflecting manufacture by BUL Ltd. in Israel for Magnum Research.
It uses a traditional 5-inch barrel with a standard 1911 bushing and runs a single-action fire control system. The skeletonized trigger includes an overtravel adjustment screw, paired with a skeletonized hammer for a crisp, familiar 1911 setup. Safety is provided by both a thumb safety and grip safety.
The slide is configured with front and rear serrations for positive manipulation. A lowered and flared ejection port supports reliable ejection. Sights are adjustable iron sights, with a dovetailed front blade and a fully adjustable rear to fine-tune point of impact.
