This full-size Kimber 1911 uses a 5-inch bushing barrel and stainless-steel construction for both slide and frame, finished in matte stainless. It is a Series II pistol with a Schwartz-type firing pin safety, alongside a manual thumb safety and grip safety.
The slide is cut with both front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered, flared ejection port. Controls include a three-hole ventilated trigger and a skeletonized commander-style hammer. The frame has a smooth front strap paired with a flat, checkered mainspring housing.
Sights are dovetailed: a red fiber-optic front and a fixed black rear, both set into the slide for durability and straightforward replacement if desired. The fixed sight setup provides a clean, consistent sight picture.
