Made in the USA under license from Carl Walther, this PPK/S carries clear factory rollmarks: "MADE IN USA," "UNDER LICENSE OF Carl Walther Waffenfabrik Ulm/Do.," and "INTERARMS ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA." The slide also bears the bilingual caliber designation "9mm kurz/.380 ACP," with a small "14" stamp on the chamber, and the frame bears the serial number; the slide is unnumbered (the small "14" on the chamber is not a serial number).
The pistol uses a fixed barrel and straight-blowback operating system paired with DA/SA, hammer-fired action. It has an exposed hammer, a left-side push-button magazine release, and no external slide stop. The compact size and steel construction provide a solid, classic PPK/S configuration.
Controls include a slide-mounted safety/decocker with a red "fire" dot indicator. The top of the slide has a serrated anti-glare rib. Sights are fixed, with a front blade and a rear notch, offering a simple, durable sighting arrangement consistent with the model.
The polished blue/black steel frame and slide are complemented by black checkered synthetic grips with Walther banners, each secured by a single screw. Capacity is 7+1 in .380 ACP, and the pistol comes with two factory magazines—one with a finger-rest baseplate and one with a flat baseplate—for carry or range flexibility.
