The NAA-22M uses a fixed-pin cylinder design. The knurled front pin secures the cylinder in the frame and also serves as the ejector when removed, allowing straightforward unloading and reassembly without a swing-out mechanism. The rimfire firing pin is integral to the hammer.
All major components are stainless steel. The frame and barrel wear a matte stainless finish, while the fluted, five-shot cylinder is brushed stainless. Laminated hardwood bird's-head grips provide a compact, secure hold that complements the revolver’s micro profile.
Sights are fixed: a half-moon front blade paired with a frame-groove rear. Safety notches between chambers allow the hammer to rest securely. The revolver is single-action only with an exposed hammer and a spur trigger.
Dimensions and weight underscore its compact build: a 1 5/8 in barrel, overall length of 5 1/8 in, height of 2 13/16 in, width of 1 1/16 in, and an empty weight of 6.5 oz. It is chambered in .22 WMR with a five-round capacity and is made in the United States.
