This modern-generation Browning A5 Hunter combines the classic humpback receiver profile with Browning's inertia-operated Kinematic Drive. It is a 12 gauge with a 26 inch ventilated rib barrel, chambered for 2 3/4 and 3 inch shells, and finished in polished blue/black. The walnut stock and forend feature point-pattern checkering and an Inflex Technology recoil pad, and this example includes the early-style Invector-DS choke system with brass gas-seal bands.

The A5 Hunter uses Browning's inertia-operated Kinematic Drive for clean cycling in a lightweight, streamlined package. The receiver retains the distinctive A5 humpback profile and is finished to match the polished blue/black barrel.
The 26 inch barrel features a ventilated rib with a red fiber-optic front bead and a white mid-bead for fast sight alignment. It is threaded for the Invector-DS choke system, noted here as the early style with brass gas-seal bands. This shotgun ships with an installed Full choke and two additional Invector-DS tubes to cover a wide range of shot types.
Controls and small parts include a cross-bolt safety with a red safety indicator, a nickel-colored bolt, and a gold-colored trigger. Capacity is 3+1. The barrel is marked "A5 - 12GA - 2 3/4, 3 Invector DS - 26."
The stock and forend are gloss walnut with point-pattern checkering, offering a classic look with secure purchase. Browning's Inflex Technology recoil pad is fitted, and the length of pull measures 14 inches. The barrel legend includes "Designed at FN Herstal Belgium Patent Pending."
