The CROSS uses a monolithic aluminum receiver marked CROSS with SIG SAUER INC NEWINGTON NH USA and MULTI CAL, paired with a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard in a black anodized finish. The barrel is clearly marked .308 WIN. The integral Picatinny top rail supports the included one-piece 30mm scope mount.
The 16-inch stainless steel barrel is factory threaded 5/8x24 and comes with a multi-port muzzle brake installed. It has a 1:10 inch right-hand twist with 5-groove rifling, providing clean, sharp internal geometry as noted in the bore condition.
The action is a three-lug bolt with an approximately 60-degree lift for fast cycling. A two-stage, adjustable match trigger is factory equipped for precise control.
