This Perazzi TMX single-barrel trap shotgun is a purpose-built SBT from Italy with a 33.5 inch ported barrel, an elevated skeletonized ventilated rib, and a release trigger. It is customized for precise fit with a two-post adjustable comb and multi-axis adjustable buttplate with a LimbSaver pad. The gun features a threaded choke system with an extended knurled tube installed and comes with a comprehensive choke set.

Specific Condition Notes: This firearm is in great shape overall. There are scratches and blemishes present on the metal and wood. The stock has a large blemish on the right side toward the receiver. The TMX is a dedicated single-barrel trap (SBT) gun with a break-action, top-lever design and a 33.5 inch steel barrel marked ACCIAIO SPECIALE. It is chambered CAM.70 for 2 3/4 inch shells and bears Italian proof house markings with a bore diameter stamp of 18.4 mm. Import marking reads Perazzi-USA, Rome, NY.
This example is set up for clay target performance. It uses a threaded choke system with an extended knurled tube installed and includes a broad choke selection: Mod (installed), LF, LMOD, and numbered tubes 2, 5, 6, and 8. Sighting is fast and clear via a green fiber-optic front bead and a mid-bead on a tall, skeletonized ventilated rib. A forward under-barrel weight/extension is installed for added stability and swing control.
It features a release trigger. The firing pins only drop when the trigger is released after being pulled. The trigger system, combined with the ported barrel, helps manage shot timing and muzzle movement. Ejector timing is correct, and the action shows ample life in the locking lug.
Fit and recoil management are highly adjustable. The walnut stock includes a two-post adjustable comb and multi-axis adjustable buttplate hardware paired with a LimbSaver recoil pad. Length of pull measures 15.0 inches. The walnut beavertail forend is smooth.
Finish details include a blued barrel and a coin-finish receiver. Proof and model stamps on the monobloc include TMX, MAP, and PU. Overall, this TM Series TMX combines hallmark Perazzi build quality with targeted upgrades for refined trap performance.
