German proof marks and HKI Columbus, GA import markings are present, and it comes with two factory 17-round steel magazines and the original HK case with accessories.

The P30L V1 LEM (Light) setup provides HK's enhanced DAO system with the lighter V1 configuration, offering an approximate 4.05–6.07 lb trigger pull. It retains an external hammer and integrates multiple passive safeties, including a firing pin block, automatic hammer safety, drop safety, and a disconnector. The extractor also functions as a loaded chamber indicator.
The long slide includes forward and rear serrations and wears HK's nitrocarburized "hostile environment" finish. The 4.45 inch cold-hammer-forged barrel uses six-sided polygonal rifling, and the sight radius measures 6.42 inches for clear alignment.
Ergonomics are a focus with fully ambidextrous slide releases and paddle-style magazine releases. The modular grip system includes interchangeable backstraps and side panels, and an integral Picatinny accessory rail is molded into the frame. Capacity is 17+1 with the included factory steel magazines.
Sighting equipment consists of luminescent contrast iron sights: a front post with a luminescent dot and a drift-adjustable open-notch rear. Markings include the DE country code, CIP N proof, Ulm antler proof, and the HKI – Columbus, GA importer stamp. The factory case label lists P30L V1 9mm and matches the pistol's designation.
