This Pro Crimson Carry II uses a 4-inch, match-grade bull barrel that is bushingless, paired with a 4-inch Pro-length slide on a full-size grip frame. The configuration delivers the familiar 1911 handling with a compact slide length.
The frame is lightweight aluminum in matte silver, while the slide wears a matte black finish for a clean two-tone look. The slide is cut with rear cocking serrations and a lowered/relieved ejection port. Fixed, low-profile dovetailed sights are installed front and rear.
Fire controls include a skeletonized, three-hole trigger and a skeletonized Commander-style hammer. Safety features are true to the platform, with a left-side thumb safety, a beavertail grip safety with memory bump, and the Series II Swartz-type firing-pin block.
Factory checkered rosewood Crimson Trace Lasergrips with molded Kimber-logo panel (no medallions) provide an integrated aiming laser and a secure hold. These grips are a defining feature of the Pro Crimson Carry II and come installed from the factory.
Chambered in .45 ACP with an 8+1 capacity, this pistol ships with two 8-round stainless steel magazines. It was made in Yonkers, New York, and comes with the Kimber factory hard case and the safety and instruction manual.
