What’s Included
- 2 Ruger Mark III/22/45-pattern 10-round steel magazines
- Knurled thread protector (installed)
The RP (Replaceable Panels) variant of the 22/45 features a frame designed to accept 1911-pattern grip panels, combining a 1911-style grip angle and magazine release placement with the proven Mark III action. Black checkered 1911-style grip panels with a molded Ruger phoenix/logo are installed.
The 4.5 in steel bull barrel is factory threaded and fitted with a knurled thread protector. The fixed-barrel blowback design uses an internal bolt with a non-reciprocating receiver, contributing to the Mark series’ characteristic feel and function.
Controls are straightforward and familiar: a left-side magazine release and a loaded chamber indicator on the left side. Sighting is handled by a fixed front blade and an adjustable rear notch. Capacity is 10+1 with .22 LR.
Construction is robust with a polymer 22/45 frame and a steel receiver, finished in a matte blued/black color scheme. This example was manufactured in 2012 in the USA and is the non-railed configuration.
