The HK45C V1 configuration provides a left-side frame-mounted safety/decocker paired with a DA/SA trigger, giving the user familiar HK ergonomics and manual control. The ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release supports either-hand operation without changing grip.
The 3.9-inch cold hammer forged barrel uses a polygonal profile and an O-ring at the muzzle to promote tight lockup. This setup is designed for durability and consistent mechanical accuracy in a compact slide length.
Fixed, low-profile 3-dot sights with yellow dots offer a clear sight picture and a 6.04-inch sight radius. The slide is marked with the HK 'BC' date code and proof symbol, and the barrel and slide carry matching serial numbers.
