Controls include a DA/SA, hammer-fired system with an external hammer, ambidextrous slide-mounted levers, and a reversible magazine release. The grip uses interchangeable backstraps, and the polymer panels carry PX4 logos with Beretta medallions to match the series design.
Sight equipment consists of fixed 3-dot sights with dovetailed, windage-adjustable front and rear units. A MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny accessory rail on the dustcover supports common lights or lasers, and the compact frame houses a 15-round magazine capacity. Markings include "GARDONE V.T. – MADE IN ITALY, BERETTA USA CORP. ACKK., MD," with serial markings present on the slide, barrel, and frame.
