The Stock III series configuration brings a steel frame, full-size proportions, and DA/SA, short-recoil, tilting-barrel operation to a .38 Super platform. The 4.93-inch barrel and 17+1 capacity lean into performance-focused use while retaining conventional controls and a confident sight picture.
Controls and ergonomics are set up for precise shooting: ambidextrous manual safety, DA/SA trigger with an overtravel stop, and an exposed ring-style hammer. Front and rear slide serrations aid manipulation, while frontstrap checkering and a beveled magazine well support secure handling and faster reloads. Textured wood grip panels with the TANFOGLIO inset complete the package.
Sights are configured with a fully adjustable rear target sight and a plain fixed front blade. The slide and frame wear a matte black/blue finish that complements the steel construction and target-oriented feature set.
Markings and provenance are clear and well-defined: Italian CIP proofs with CIP N and date code CU, frame stamped FT-17 2019, EAA Cocoa, Florida import mark, and model/caliber notations on the slide and barrel hood. The frame and barrel hood also share matching serial markings.
