Gen2 configuration details set this pistol apart: there is no accessory rail and no finger grooves, and it features the front-of-magwell half-moon cutout. The frame has pebble-textured side panels with checkering on the frontstrap and backstrap, and it uses a left-side slide stop and a left-side, square-button magazine release.
The 4.02 in steel barrel uses Glock's polygonal rifling, paired with a factory black nitrided slide that has rear vertical serrations and no front serrations. Sighting is via Glock's fixed polymer notch-and-post set with a white-dot front and white-outline rear.
This Austrian-made example bears the "MADE IN AUSTRIA GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA." import marking. The barrel and slide have matching serial numbers, and the frame serial carries the "US" suffix.
Chambered in .40 S&W, this compact model carries 13+1 rounds and includes one 13-round magazine. The original "Tupperware" factory box and owner's manual are included, rounding out a complete Gen2 package.
