This Canadian-made Savage Mark II BSEV stands out with a 21-inch heavy-profile, spiral-fluted 416R stainless barrel and a bright stainless receiver. It features Savage’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger and an Evolution laminated thumbhole stock with a skeletonized butt and rubber recoil pad. Weaver-style bases are installed, and a Pinty 6-24x50 AOEG scope with flip-up caps is already mounted. It comes with both 10-round and 5-round metal magazines, the original manual, and a bonus hard case.

The BSEV configuration centers on precision-oriented components. Its 21-inch heavy-profile barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel, spiral fluted, free-floated, and finished with a recessed/target crown. The 1:16 right-hand twist is set up for .22 LR and the bright stainless metalwork gives it a clean, durable appearance.
The stainless receiver is drilled and tapped with Weaver-style bases installed. The rifle ships without iron sights and, on this example, a Pinty 6-24x50 AOEG scope is already mounted, complete with flip-up lens caps and rings, so it is ready to take to the range.
Ergonomics are driven by the laminated Evolution thumbhole stock. It is a multicolor laminated hardwood design with a skeletonized butt, palm swell, abbreviated fore-end, and a rubber recoil pad. Length of pull is 14.0 inches, with an overall length of approximately 40 inches and a weight around 6.8 pounds.
The action is a right-hand bolt with a round knob and includes the user-adjustable Savage AccuTrigger with a trigger safety blade. Chambered in .22 LR with a 10+1 capacity, this rifle comes with both a 10-round and a 5-round metal detachable box magazine as shown.
Manufactured in Lakefield, Ontario, Canada, this Mark II BSEV bears the importer marking for Savage Arms Inc., Westfield, Massachusetts. It combines Canadian manufacture with the BSEV’s accuracy-focused features and included optics to make a capable rimfire setup.
