The Predator's bushingless heavy coned barrel and full-length guide rod shift weight forward to help manage recoil and speed sight recovery. The match-grade 5 inch barrel is paired with a lowered and flared ejection port for reliable, clean ejection.
The slide is cut with front and rear cocking serrations, ball-end mill cuts, and a flat-top serrated rib for a focused sight picture. Sights are iron: a Trijicon tritium front blade marked H3 21 and a low-profile serrated rear blade.
The steel frame wears a Smoked Nitride dark gray finish to match the slide and features checkering on the front strap and mainspring housing for consistent purchase. A blended funnel-style magazine well speeds reloads, and textured black/gray composite grips with the Nighthawk logo provide a secure, hand-filling hold.
This single-action-only 1911 uses an aluminum, lightened, curved three-hole trigger with a crisp break, a skeletonized Commander-style hammer, and standard 1911 controls including a thumb safety and beavertail grip safety. Capacity is 8+1, and two 8-round magazines are included. The action cycles smoothly, reflecting the pistol's precise, tight fitment.
