The CZ 100 uses a locked-breech, tilting-barrel system and locks open after the last round. This model is chambered in 9mm Luger with a 3.8 in barrel and a 13+1 capacity, providing a compact profile suited to its intended role. The slide carries a durable black oxide finish with front and rear diagonal serrations and a practical press-check ledge.
The double-action-only striker-fired system pairs with an internal firing pin block for passive safety. An ambidextrous magazine release supports left- or right-handed use. The polymer frame features a molded dustcover and grip surfaces with diagonal traction bars and an integral CZ logo.
Sight regulation is straightforward: fixed sights with a single-dot front blade and a rear notch. Windage and elevation are factory set; changes, if desired, are typically accomplished by swapping sight components or professional fitting. The pistol is marked "MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC" on the right side of the slide.
Dimensions are approximately 177 mm L x 130 mm H x 31 mm W, with a weight of about 665 g. Matching serials are present on the barrel, slide, and frame. Included documentation features the original CZ factory test card dated 18 Jan 2002 for a 25 m target using Sellier & Bellot ammunition.
