Rock Island Armory M1911-A1 FS Tactical .45 ACP, 5" Government, SAO, Full-Size with Recover Tactical CC3H Rail, 8+1
This Rock Island Armory M1911-A1 FS Tactical is a full-size, .45 ACP Government-pattern pistol with a 5-inch barrel and a standard barrel bushing, paired with a full-length guide rod and open-face recoil spring plug. It is customized with a Recover Tactical CC3H grip-and-rail system that replaces the grip panels and adds a 3-slot accessory rail under the dust cover. It comes in the factory case with the manual, inspection certificate, and one 8-round magazine.
The FS Tactical configuration features fixed sights, rear vertical cocking serrations, and a flat mainspring housing with vertical serrations. Controls include a left-side thumb safety and a grip safety, paired with a skeletonized three-hole trigger with overtravel adjustment. The pistol has a matte dark finish and is manufactured in the Philippines.
As a single-action-only 1911, this model retains the familiar Government feel and operation, with an 8+1 capacity in .45 ACP. The Recover Tactical CC3H system integrates a rail while maintaining a slim profile, providing modern attachment capability without altering the slide.
Factory markings and the case label denote the FS-Tactical designation. The slide has rear-only serrations, and the sights are fixed and low-profile. Overall, this is a straightforward, full-size 1911 setup with a practical rail addition and essential 1911 features.
