The PA-15 is a semi-automatic, direct-impingement AR-15 platform rifle chambered in 5.56mm NATO. It uses STANAG-pattern magazines and offers a 30+1 capacity with the included magazine.
The flat-top upper includes an ejection port cover and shell deflector. A continuous full-length top Picatinny rail runs across the receiver and handguard.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2-style birdcage flash hider. An extended, free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard provides modern mounting real estate while keeping weight forward of the receiver.
Furniture includes a 6-position collapsible polymer stock in black and an A2-pattern pistol grip. The lower is marked "PA-15 MULTI" with the PSA crest and "Palmetto State Armory, West Columbia, SC." Controls include a manual safety with SAFE/FIRE selector markings. Receivers and finish are matte black aluminum, and the rifle is made in the United States.
