This Springfield Armory 1911 Lightweight Operator from the Loaded series (PX9116LP) pairs Government-length performance with a forged aluminum alloy frame and an integral accessory rail. It features Trijicon-marked tritium night sights, a black Armory Kote slide, and checkered cocobolo grips. The pistol is in very good condition with an excellent bore and comes with its factory-labeled case, one 8-round magazine, and a Springfield Armory 11 Gear paddle holster.

The Lightweight Operator configuration delivers a full-size 5-inch, stainless steel, bushing-fitted barrel that is ramped and fully supported. It is built on a forged aluminum alloy frame with a hard-anodized finish, keeping weight down while maintaining strength.
The slide wears Springfield’s black Armory Kote finish with rear cocking serrations only. An integral three-slot Picatinny-style rail and a standard-length dust cover provide a solid mounting surface for compatible accessories.
Fire-control components include a skeletonized Commander/Delta-style spur hammer and a factory-tuned, long, three-hole skeletonized trigger. A beavertail grip safety with memory bump and a flat, checkered mainspring housing round out the control set.
Sights are fixed 3-dot tritium night sights, with both the front and rear units marked by Trijicon. Checkered cocobolo wood grips with the Springfield Armory crest engraved into the wood complement the slide markings: “OPERATOR CAL .45” on the left and “SPRINGFIELD ARMORY” with the crossed-cannons crest on the right. The frame bears an LW-prefix serial that matches the factory case label.
Chambered in .45 ACP, this full-size 1911 has an 8+1 capacity and comes with one 8-round steel magazine. The included factory case is labeled with the PX9116LP part number.
