This Model 29-10 50th Anniversary edition celebrates the .44 Magnum’s 1956–2006 milestone with a distinctive gold medallion on the right-side sideplate marked "1956–2006 .44 Magnum." The revolver retains the classic N-frame profile and traditional short ejector-rod shroud, paired with a serrated top rib to reduce glare.
The 6.5-inch barrel and six-shot cylinder are finished in a high-polish blue over a carbon steel frame, with matching blued cylinder. It is equipped with a ramped front sight featuring a red/orange insert and an adjustable rear sight for precise regulation.
Controls include a smooth trigger and an exposed hammer with a wide checkered spur. The revolver operates in double-action/single-action and incorporates the factory internal lock (keyhole on the left frame).
Target-style, checkered wood stocks with inset S&W medallions provide a confident hold, while factory rollmarks include "MADE IN U.S.A. MARCAS REGISTRADAS SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MASS." The presentation case bears the 50th Anniversary motif, aligning the package with its commemorative status.
