The 18-inch CMV steel barrel is Melonite-treated for durability and features a 1:8 twist with the "5.56 NATO 1/8" marking. It is threaded and fitted with Springfield Armory's multi-port SA muzzle brake. A pinned low-profile gas block supports the direct-impingement system.
The upper and lower receivers are forged 7075-T6 aluminum. A free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with an interrupted top rail and two-bolt clamp provides solid accessory mounting while keeping the barrel free-floated. The upper features T-marked rail segments, and a folding sight is installed.
The Victor-line nickel-boron coated, flat-faced trigger offers a clean, consistent pull. Controls include a non-ambidextrous manual safety selector with FIRE/SAFE pictograms. The rifle accepts STANAG-pattern magazines and has a 30+1 capacity.
Furniture includes an OD green Magpul MOE SL-style adjustable stock and an OD green Magpul pistol grip, complemented by a tan (FDE) Magpul M-LOK angled foregrip. The overall configuration reflects the SAINT Victor feature set with practical upgrades throughout.
