This Colt Sporter M4 Carbine is a 2011-production AR-15 platform rifle with forged receivers, a flat-top upper featuring T-marked Picatinny rail (T2–T12), and a steel 16.1-inch M4-profile barrel marked "C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7." It retains the fixed A-frame front sight base with bayonet lug and sling swivel, a carbine-length gas system, and an A2 flash suppressor. A rubberized finger-groove pistol grip with a circular maker’s medallion provides a distinctive, custom touch. The bore condition is excellent with sharp rifling.

The upper receiver is a flat-top style with a T-marked Picatinny rail from T2 to T12, forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover. These markings aid repeatable placement of mounted accessories. No rear sight is included.
The 16.1-inch steel barrel uses the classic M4 profile with M203 cut and is threaded at the muzzle with an A2 flash suppressor. It is roll-marked "C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7," indicating magnetic-particle inspection and a 1:7 twist rate.
The rifle uses a carbine-length gas system with a fixed A-frame front sight base that includes a bayonet lug and sling swivel. The handguard is a carbine-length two-piece ribbed polymer unit suited to its period-correct configuration.
Forged aluminum alloy receivers wear a hard-anodized black finish. The collapsible stock provides adjustable length of pull from 9.75 to 13 inches. Controls include a manual safety. A custom rubberized finger-groove pistol grip with a circular maker’s medallion is installed.
