The AP5-M follows the MP5K-style, K-length geometry while retaining the roller-delayed blowback system that defines the platform. It is chambered in 9mm Luger with a 30+1 capacity, features MP5-pattern magazine release controls, and includes a non-ambidextrous two-position selector. The left-side, HK-style charging handle completes the familiar manual of arms.
The 5 in barrel is made from 32CrMoV steel, cold-hammer-forged for durability, and features a fluted chamber, six grooves, and a 1:9.8 twist. This factory-spec short barrel is configured with no tri-lug and no lug, consistent with the model’s K-length profile.
Construction includes a stamped-steel receiver paired with a polymer grip module and a K-length polymer handguard that incorporates an integrated hand-stop. Sighting is via a hooded front post and an adjustable diopter rear drum for windage and elevation.
As a Century Arms–imported Century Arms pistol, this AP5-M carries the appropriate import and proof markings, including “Made in Turkey,” the Century Arms logo, and caliber designation. It accepts MP5-pattern magazines and is noted for parts and magazine compatibility within the MP5-pattern ecosystem.
