The CR920P uses a non-threaded, match-grade 416R stainless barrel with an integral, single-port compensator and tri-lug interface, giving the slide a continuous profile. This design maintains micro dimensions while helping manage muzzle rise without relying on a threaded muzzle.
The War Poet edition slide is 17-4 stainless with a black nitride finish and extensive machining: forward, rear, and top serrations for grip, a lightening window, and a factory optic cut. Left side is marked WAR POET with Shadow Systems shield logos; right side is marked CR920P, and the chamber hood is stamped 9x19.
Sight setup is duty-focused: a Night Fision green-dot front paired with a plain black, square-notch ledge rear, both dovetail-mounted. The slide length mirrors the profile of a G48-length upper, while keeping the overall package micro in size.
The striker-fired action includes a flat-faced trigger with a safety blade and a trigger safety system. The polymer frame carries an aggressive molded texture for secure purchase. Capacity is 10+1.
