Built for durability, the 3.3-inch stainless steel barrel and stainless slide wear Smith & Wesson's Armornite finish. The black polymer frame keeps weight down and provides a secure hold, complemented by a low-profile slide stop and a reversible magazine release.
Controls and safety features are practical and straightforward. This model includes a manual thumb safety and a sear deactivation lever. The action is striker-fired, consistent with the M2.0 series design.
The slide is equipped with both front and rear serrations in a fish-scale pattern for solid purchase during press checks and manipulations. Fixed iron sights are installed, with a Trijicon front sight featuring a high-visibility yellow dot for fast sight acquisition.
