This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 stands out with a 14.5-inch barrel that is pinned and welded to achieve a 16-inch overall barrel length, a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with a full-length Picatinny top rail, and a clean two-tone look with FDE Magpul furniture featuring a CTR stock and MOE pistol grip. Forged aluminum receivers finished in matte black anodizing, plus forward assist, brass deflector, and ejection-port cover, round out a well-equipped AR-15 platform. It comes with two Magpul PMAG Gen M3 30-round magazines.

The 14.5-inch barrel is permanently pinned and welded to reach a 16-inch overall barrel length, delivering a compact feel while meeting the specified length. The pinned and welded muzzle device is a fixed installation, contributing to the final length specification.
The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard offers modern attachment capability, and its full-length Picatinny top rail provides a consistent mounting surface. There are no sights included, allowing the end user to configure the rifle with their preferred aiming solution.
Forged aluminum receivers in matte black anodizing provide a durable foundation. The upper receiver bears an "A" forging mark and includes a forward assist, brass deflector, and ejection-port cover. Through the ejection port, the bolt carrier shows a bright silver finish.
The rifle features a two-tone setup with an FDE Magpul MOE pistol grip and an FDE 6-position adjustable CTR stock. It runs a direct-impingement, semi-automatic action on the AR-15 platform with a manual safety and a 30+1 capacity.
