The P226 Legion features a stainless slide and an aluminum-alloy frame, both finished in Legion Gray. The slide carries front and rear serrations and Legion markings, delivering positive purchase and a distinct Legion profile.
This double-action/single-action model uses a decocking lever and the SIG SRT (short reset trigger) for quick, repeatable follow-up shots. It includes a left-side magazine release and an external spur hammer for traditional DA/SA operation.
Target acquisition is handled by SIG X-RAY3 tritium day/night 3-dot sights: a green-ring tritium front sight (marked "H3") paired with a tritium 2-dot rear. The pistol wears checkered G10 grips with Legion medallions for solid control.
The full-size alloy frame incorporates an extended beavertail and a checkered front strap, along with an integral four-slot accessory rail on the dust cover. A 4.4 in barrel and 12+1 capacity round out this .40 S&W Legion configuration.
