This LWRCI IC-DI is a direct-impingement rifle from the IC series that combines a cold hammer-forged, spiral-fluted 16-inch 41V45 CMV barrel with a mid-length gas system and a nickel-boron coated DI bolt carrier featuring an integrated keyless gas key. It is built on a monoforge upper with a fully ambidextrous lower and a Type III hard-coat anodized finish. The rifle is in excellent condition and includes flip-up iron sights, rail accessories, the original manual, and a 30-round Magpul PMAG GEN M3.
The 16-inch barrel is NiCorr treated for surface hardening and corrosion resistance, cut with a 1:7 RH twist for 5.56mm NATO, and threaded 1/2x28 with an A2 flash hider. The mid-length gas system complements the direct-impingement setup for balanced operation, and the 1/2x28 muzzle threads make it compatible with standard 5.56 muzzle devices.
The upper is a monoforge design marked "IC-DI 5.56mm," and the rifle uses LWRCI’s DI bolt carrier with an integrated keyless gas key and nickel-boron coating. The fully ambidextrous lower provides mirrored controls for the magazine release, bolt catch/release, and safety selector. Receiver and components wear a Type III hard-coat anodized finish.
An LWRCI modular free-float handguard (approximately 12 inches) provides a full-length numbered 1913 top rail with T-marks 2–36. Installed flip-up front and rear iron sights are included. Additional rail accessories include an angled foregrip, a hand stop, and textured rail panels.
