The P365-FUSE configuration delivers a 4.3-inch carbon steel barrel and long-slide pattern for this model, finished in a two-tone earth/OD Cerakote by Shark Coast Customs. The slide includes front and rear serrations and a chamfered nose, with the cover plate installed over the optics-ready cut.
Sight setup is straightforward and fast: a green fiber-optic front sight paired with a plain black rear in a dovetail. The slide is cut for the P365 Compact footprint, allowing direct mounting of compatible micro optics once the cover plate is removed.
The polymer grip module features LXG-style laser-engraved texture for traction, an extended beavertail, and a removable flared magwell that is installed. Interchangeable backstraps support fit adjustments, with S and L inserts included.
Controls and internals include a striker-fired action and a flat-faced, nickel-plated trigger. The dust cover carries a 4-slot 1913/Picatinny accessory rail.
