The DWX Compact configuration here is the submodel with light rail. It uses a Series-70 style single-action-only fire control system with no firing pin block, a skeletonized 3-hole trigger, a shortened, skeletonized spur hammer with a flat, serrated spur and lightening cutouts, and a left-side manual thumb safety. The beavertail is extended for confident control.
Its 4-inch barrel is match-marked and bushingless. The upper is steel with a black DLC finish, while the compact frame is aluminum alloy with an anodized finish. Frag-style textured grip panels provide a secure hold without bulk.
The slide features front and rear canted serrations and longitudinal anti-glare serrations along the top. Sights are a single tritium-dot front and a plain black fixed Battlehook rear. Markings include DWX on the slide, MATCH on the barrel hood, 9MM on the chamber, and BATTLEHOOK on the rear sight.
Capacity is 15+1 using CZ-75 Compact–pattern magazines, and six magazines are included. The dust cover carries a five-slot MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail. This pistol is finished in black throughout and manufactured in the USA.
